Jason's gone again. He flew out at 7:00 yesterday morning and me, Max, and my mom spent the rest of the day in Boise with Julie and the kids. It was hard to have to say goodbye again and it's sad to have him gone. We did all of our goodbyes a month ago with no expectations to see each other until November- and I think it made it a little easier to say goodbye this time. One month down...six to go!
Max was so attached to Jason when he came home. It was really sweet and we got some really fun pictures of the two of them. He's been asking about Daddy since yesterday and when I remind him that Daddy went "bye-bye" in the airplane, he just says "No" and it's a really sad no. He's doing well though and is just a really sweet, funny, and loving little boy.
This is Max with Camo. He and Jason built him at Build-a-Bear a few days before Jason deployed. Maxon hugs him when he misses his daddy and Camo's become a good friend. He's full of extra love because Max snuck in two hearts when he was being born.
These pictures are from the Sandbox Museum on Hilton Head Island. It is such a cool place! They have all of these stations with costumes and it's unbelievable! They have an art center with everything a kid could ever need to create whatever they want to create! They also have a section for smaller kids with a little playground and younger toys. Maxon's favorite was the kitchen but he had fun doing it all.

Tracie's graduation from BYU...congratulations T!!! Max went off with Grandpa during the general session and came back with a cool new hat. He was really, really sick the whole time so it was sort of a rough trip.
Our family the day after Jason came home...very happy to be together again!

That's it for now...hopefully I won't always have so much time pass between posts...but I can't make any promises!
